New Updates and Improvements

This month's update brings you some new credentials, new learner profile fields for additional diagnosis information, and much more.


New Member Credentials

As we further expand our member profiles, we've added five new member credentials to the already existing credentials list. The following new credentials are now live:

  • BC
  • BC-ABA
  • BHT
  • BHT-ABA
  • MT


New Learner Profile Field for Additional Diagnosis Information

We've expanded on the current learner profile to now include a large text box for Additional Diagnosis Information. This can be extremely useful when diagnoses are complicated or when you need to give additional details. You can now store notes or comments about a diagnosis.

🌟 This field is also importable into a note template. 🌟


General Bug Fixes and Improvements

We continually fix and squash those pesky bugs and enhance existing features and functionality. With our latest release of reports, we've been consistently improving the speed and efficiency when generating reports, exporting, and much more.


Cancel Button Added in Appointment Linking Flow

To increase usability and clarify a general confusion point, when linking an appointment, the previously disabled "Link Appointment" button has now been replaced with a "Cancel" button that will simply dismiss the dialog box.


Icon Change That Brings Confidence

We received concerns that the previous Trash Can icon used for deleting a program draft made the user think that this would delete the entire program. We've changed the icon to a Recycle Can and changed the icon label to Discard Draft. No worries! We also changed the warning to be very clear, "This action will discard the current draft only. The program will not be deleted."


New Upgraded Knowledge Base

If you haven't noticed, our Knowledge Base got a facelift and we've consolidated some backend tools to make our support and ticketing processes more streamlined. This means faster response times to tickets, more visibility into the status of tickets, and more. Stay tuned for more updates coming to the support ticket workflows!
