Multiple Targets on a Single Chart
We are so excited about the release of combined charts! You can now combine up to 10 targets on a single chart. This comes along with all of the other great charting functionality you already love!
Distinguishing Between Notes & Reports
With the release of our new reporting functionality, we felt it was time to get organized. Notes/reports created from templates will now be categorized throughout the Motivity system in this way:
- Session Note: A note that has a start and end time and is marked as documenting a session. (only session notes can be linked to appointments!)
- General Note: A note that has a start and end time and is NOT marked as documenting a session.
- Progress Report: A note that is a single date or has a date range.
You will see these distinctions, and new icons, throughout Motivity, including filtering the Learner's timeline, when adding a note from the timeline, etc.
Chart Averages Now in Reports
We've updated our Target Chart Import within the Note/report template builder. You now have an option to include the chart averages in your reports automatically! No more manual calculations!
New Unit Calculator in Note Import
We've modified our existing Note Duration template import to now include a unit calculator. You're now able to define the display of the note duration (time, units, or both), as well as define the specific minutes per unit and rounding rules.
