All clinical features are included with your Motivity data collection subscription. You’ll have access to unlimited users/roles, all of our template libraries and unlimited learner data, note, and report storage.

For Practice Management, core features are included, while certain advanced tools -  like an intake portal and BI dashboards -  are available as add-ons. Additionally, some modules, such as ConCred, can be purchased separately. 

All Motivity customers have access to ongoing support from a dedicated account specialist.

What kind of devices can I use Motivity on? Do you have an app?

Motivity is device agnostic, meaning it can be used on any device, of any size, with a browser. You can access Motivity directly through your device’s native browser or through our mobile app, available for download on the Appstore (for iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Story (for Android). The app offers identical functionality to the browser version, and there’s no syncing required.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept ACH bank transfer payments, direct debit from bank accounts, and credit cards. When you receive your first invoice you'll be prompted to set up and save a payment type that works for you.

Will my data be secure?

Do I own the data I collect on Motivity?

Of course! We know that access to your data is important from both clinical and business perspectives. You can export your data at any time. If you ever need to close your account, you'll have a period of time, free-of-charge, to export everything you need for historical purposes.
