New Featured Libraries and Updated Content
We’ve reorganized the the Motivity featured libraries to make our great content easier to find and to use. We’ve also made a number of changes to programs in our libraries based on user feedback and clinical input.

Unit Calculator Update
We've made an enhancement to the unit calculator and added a new option to round based on the 8-minute rule. This adheres to the rule that you must provide at least eight minutes of direct, face-to-face patient care to bill for one unit of a timed service. Anything less than that doesn't qualify as billable time.
Usability Enhancements to the Program, Target, and Measure Interface
Target Interfaces now have a much simpler configuration with the addition of basic mode. We’ve added basic settings for all the different measures allowing users to create simpler programs for the majority of learner needs. We estimate that these settings will cover 65% of the scenarios that most clinicians need to create programs for. This means you can start teaching with less upfront work.
CPT Codes Now Visible in Appointment Cards and Details
Appointment CPT code information is now visible in appointment cards and appointment details if your integration partner sends it to Motivity. This allows users to verify that notes are appropriate for the services provided at a glance.
Small Updates
We've also made these small, but notable improvements:
- New functional analysis template
- Added CSW credential to the member profile
- Updated the new rich text editor to improve the experience of pasting content from other sources like Word and Google Docs
- Added four new diagnosis codes:
- Q90.0 - Trisomy 21, meiotic nondisjunction
- Q90.1 - Trisomy 21, mosaicism (mitotic nondisjunction)
- Q90.2 - Trisomy 21, translocation
- Q90.9 - Down syndrome, unspecified
- Update to how we report averages for items that are less than 1 minute in duration. Now you can see the exact number of seconds rather than a fraction of a number.
