Appointment Location Now in Details

If you have an active integration with TherapyPMS, you'll now be able to view the appointment address within the appointment details. This will allow users in the field to quickly view and get directions to their upcoming appointments without leaving Motivity.

New Fields Now Available for Import into a Note/Report Template

Your reports just got even better! We've expanded our note/report template imports to now include Program > Protocol, Set > Protocol, and Target > Protocol. We've also included the same fields for References (Program > References, Set > References, and Target > References). These fields can be found in the + button within the Program/Target import.

Tighter, More Compact Reports!

We continue to improve our reporting features and this month is no different. You should see a new facelift for your reports, including reduced indentation, improved spacing, easily distinguishable headers and subheaders, and a few more!

Added Visibility Showing Users Who Started and Ended a Session

We've added the ability to view the staff that started and the staff that ended an individual session. This brings increased visibility to sessions when you have multiple staff working with a learner.

Note, Program, and Other Deletion Confirmations

We know that you can delete something by mistake from time to time, but we've now improved our deletion confirmation to hopefully reduce those errors. Now when deleting aNotes, Programs, Templates, and more – you will be prompted to enter three random words and a series of numbers (seen below the input) in order to delete the item.

New Diagnosis Code Added

We've added a new diagnosis code to the learner's profile. You can now add R46.3 Overactivity as a diagnosis for a learner.
