Default Configuration for Targets

When adding targets in the program builder, there are more options for target types that set up default rules/configurations for the following target types (Behavior Target: Rate per hour, Total Duration and Intervals. Skill Acquisition: Trial by Trial, Integer, Task Analysis). This creates configurations needed for common use cases but also allows you to edit or add onto the template.

Label-based Session Note Permissions

Use labels and role-based permissions to limit who can create specific session notes. For example, you only want BTs to create session notes created for BTs and not BCBAs. You can now assign these permission under "Create Notes" under Roles.
