Dosage Control

Do you want your RBTs to have visual prompts to present more teaching opportunities per session? Program builders can set a maximum and suggested dosage of opportunities per session. You can set a suggested target dosage (the number of trials or opportunities that the supervisor wants to complete during a session). Opportunity indicators will display how many opportunities have been completed vs how many are suggested. Learn more.

Session Note History

Session Note History

Do you need to see the original version of the session notes? As part of the session note approval process, administrators can see session note history and reasons for rejection.

Archived Learners

Do you have old learners sitting in your account and you don't know what to do with them? When learners leave your organization or become inactive, you can hide the learners from your list by archiving them. All of the data and programs remain intact and you can unarchive them at any time. Learn more.

Target Performance/Data Averages

Target Performance/Data Averages

Do you need to calculate behavior or performance averages for a specific amount of sessions and/or time? You can easily do this by viewing the average calculations under each target chart. Simply select the time frame of the data you want to be calculated and then the data is summarized under the graph by average over a number of sessions and total occurrences/opportunities. Learn more

Deleting and Merging Phases

Are there phase lines on your graph that you want to delete or merge? When you have an erroneous phase line on your graph, you can delete and/or merge the phases to clean up your graphs. Learn more.

Target Card Shows Intro and Mastery Dates

Do you want to see Intro and Mastery dates easily? Users can see the dates targets move into phases (Baseline, Assess, Train, Completed). This is a good way to see when targets are introduced and mastered and how much time a target has been in acquisition.
